Terms of Service - Mirrorless

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Mirrorless app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Mirrorless is a virtual try-on application that uses artificial intelligence to generate images showing how clothing items might look on you. The generated images are AI simulations and may not perfectly represent how clothing will actually fit or appear in real life.

Privacy by Design: All your photos, clothing items, and try-on results are stored locally on your device. We do not store any of your personal data on our servers.

3. Subscriptions

Mirrorless offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions (Mirrorless Pro) provide unlimited virtual try-ons and are processed through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

4. Fair Use Policy

To ensure service quality for all users, Mirrorless Pro subscribers are subject to a fair use policy:

Up to 25 virtual try-on generations per week
Weekly limits reset every Monday at midnight (UTC)
These limits may be adjusted at our discretion to maintain service quality

This policy helps us provide a reliable service while managing AI processing costs. Most users will never reach these limits during normal use.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you use with Mirrorless. Your content stays on your device - we do not store it on our servers.

When you generate a virtual try-on, your photos are temporarily sent to our AI processing service and immediately discarded after processing. By using this feature, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for generating your try-on image.

You agree not to use the service with content that:

Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
Depicts minors in inappropriate contexts
Violates any applicable laws or regulations

6. AI-Generated Content

Virtual try-on images are generated by artificial intelligence and are simulations only. We make no guarantees about:

Accuracy of fit, color, or appearance in generated images
How clothing will actually look when worn
Quality or resolution of generated images

Generated images are for visualization purposes only and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

7. Third-Party Services

Mirrorless uses the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

Google Gemini AI - Powers our virtual try-on image generation
Apple App Store - Handles subscription payments and distribution
RevenueCat - Manages subscription status

Your use of Mirrorless is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Mirrorless app, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mirrorless is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Generated images will be accurate or meet your expectations
The service will be available at all times

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirrorless and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on generated images.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
