1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the She Ate app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

She Ate is a posing camera. It provides a library of pose ideas, shows a pose outline (“ghost”) in your camera to guide you into a pose, evaluates your pose live on your device, and can shoot photo series hands-free. Posing guidance is assistance, not a guarantee of any particular photographic result.

Privacy by design: your camera feed, photos, and face data are processed entirely on your device using Apple’s on-device frameworks. They are never uploaded to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Subscriptions

She Ate offers free features and a premium subscription (She Ate Premium) that unlocks the complete pose library, personalized pose ranking, and weekly pose drops. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store:

• Yearly ($29.99/year) and Weekly ($7.99/week) plans; prices may vary by region
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription
• Where offered, free-trial periods convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of every photo you take or import. Because your content stays on your device, deleting the app deletes the app’s copies of your content. You are responsible for the photos you capture and how you use them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use She Ate to capture images of people without their consent, to infringe the rights of others, or for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

She Ate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
