Mirrorless ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our virtual try-on mobile application.

Key Point: Mirrorless does not store any of your personal data on our servers. All your photos, clothing items, and try-on results are stored locally on your device only.

Data Storage - Everything Stays on Your Device

Mirrorless is designed with privacy-first principles. Here's what you need to know:

Your photos - Stored only on your device, never uploaded to our servers for storage
Clothing items - Stored only on your device
Try-on results - Stored only on your device
Your profile information - Stored only on your device
App settings - Stored only on your device

When you delete the app or use the "Delete All Data" feature in settings, all your data is permanently removed from your device.

AI Processing - Temporary Use Only

When you generate a virtual try-on, your photos are temporarily sent to our AI processing service. Here's how this works:

Photos are transmitted using secure encryption (HTTPS)
Photos are processed by Google Gemini AI to generate your try-on image
Photos are immediately discarded after processing - we do not store them
Generated results are sent back to your device and stored locally
No copies of your photos are retained on our servers

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

Your photos or images (stored on your device only)
Your name or personal details
Your location data
Your contacts or address book
Analytics or tracking data
Device identifiers for advertising

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to Mirrorless Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, which only tracks whether you have an active subscription - not your payment details.

Fair Use Policy

To maintain service quality, Mirrorless Pro has a fair use limit of up to 25 virtual try-on generations per week, resetting every Monday. We may track usage counts to enforce this limit. This data is associated only with your anonymous subscription ID and is not linked to any personal information. For full details, see our Terms of Service.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google Gemini AI - For generating virtual try-on images (temporary processing only)
Apple App Store - For subscription and payment processing
RevenueCat - For subscription status management

These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

Delete all your data anytime using "Delete All Data" in app settings
Delete the app to remove all data from your device
Your data never leaves your device (except temporarily for AI processing)

Children's Privacy

Mirrorless is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used our service, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
